Linen Subscription
$200 + GST per bed/year
Includes three sets of premium hotel-quality linen and towels per bed. Fully managed and replaced at no additional cost – including guest damage or general wear and tear.
With other companies, property owners are responsible for buying and managing their own linen, which can cost over $500 for a single set from premium retailers such as Adairs or Bed Bath & Table. Towels are not included, and any replacements due to wear, tear, or guest damage must also be paid for by the owner.
